I spent 6 months post 1 yr. Vietnam tour with the 82nd airborne and have been proud of my stint at Bragg…however, the behavior allowed by troops behind the Pres. was nauseating. That this was allowed by command should lead to serious discipline. I am embarrassed as an alumnus of this unit.

With Xmas here I am again reminded of my friend Feeney who was gravely wounded 58 yrs ago this coming Sat in Vietnam within 30 hours of the ending of the Xmas truce & passed only 6 days later of wounds at age 20

Last week I again visited The Wall, aka The Vietnam Veterans War Memorial in DC

On Veterans Day I purposely went later in the day but the crowd had all but disappeared.

Last week I again visited The Wall, aka The Vietnam Veterans War Memorial in DC
