Oh yes, mine has thick undercoat that won’t quit. He’s getting old (& has mega colon so he’s tubby) & doesn’t groom himself as much he used to, but he loves being brushed with the slicker brush now.

Haven't been taking as many photos as I used to, but the combo yesterday of gorgeous weather and a plethora of birds doing their "Spring things" made it a perfect day to watch and unwind. Here's a #Hummingbird loving the aloe vera #flowers. Its just the 6th photo, haven't gone thru all 500 yet!

Just got back from “Hands Off!”rally in Lakeport CA. It’s county seat of Lake County CA. Great turnout for a small place, I was worried it would be 10 people but I’d guess it was 100+ and lots of honking support from drivers.

This literally denotes a “hot spot”, meaning a spot where the thermal-sending satellites pick up a higher temp. They pull arcgis.com data for the app (Google it).Possible fire start or a fire still smoldering but there are other things that give off extra heat so don’t panic. Arcgis.com

#WatchDuty is the most amazing public service app ever!! Not only fire area & closed roads but evac centers, water distribution, locations for 1st responders meal distribution… I’m now NorCal but used it to see fire & evac zones proximity to some SoCal extended family #LAfires
