Husband, Father of 4 (34 yrs old): I fully recognize I'm probably wrong on some stuff. Democrat with capitalist tendencies.
True.

This also reminds me of how sad I was at the relative tame style of the rap song that starts with "whoop whoop! That's the sound of the police!".

I legitimately think that Na'vi stuff will have a cultural impact.

But James Cameron is going to be forced to make 10 billion at the box office before people truly come around to that idea.

I like the restoration planned.

Andrew Tate and Logan Paul both getting the tar beat out of them this weekend is just incredible.

Longshoreman, police unions, some teachers unions, some railroad unions.

There are a lot of bad actors. And honestly, Dems just don't get the support that they used to from unions anymore.

Kinda pisses me off the Mariners apparently didn't offer him a better offer.

He would have been a great fit.

Is this a "uncle's drunk again..." tweet? Or is it health related?

100% agreed.

It's just everything I've read on this in English feels like it's missing context, which leaves me defaulting to internal comparisons. However flawed that may be.

Curious where you land on who to support here. Thailand seems to generally win on metrics I care about but the current administration seems sketchy from a quick read.

Kids often force routine which, as I understand it, can make time feel faster.

Could I ask you your favorite movie for different moods?

You can choose the moods.

For instance:
My comfort movie is Reel Steel.
My nostalgic movie is The Bourne Identity.
And my family movie is The Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Something I increasingly wonder. Where does the US source its panels from?

Sorry not sure if that data is easy to find. It's just with the crazy tariffs we have on Chinese panels I have to imagine our sourcing has to be pretty unique in the world.

On this subject, sort of, is there any consensus as to why the 2012 season ended up being so ridiculously low?

Seems like it just had everything pointed towards melt maybe. But it's crazy how rarely that seems to happen.

I know it's expected to be this way. But it's crazy how much more consistently things reach record lowest during the late fall, winter, and early spring.

Realistically, anti-aging medicine and gender affirming surgery both could incentivize transhumanist type tech over the long term as well.

I really think we're in kind of a post star based movie market.

Maaaaaybe, music popstars can break that. But I'm mighty skeptical.

Absent state subsidies, I'm really curious how Shorewood Hills survives long term.

They are getting ridiculous over there.
