someone said "Changing my handle to a "default handle" then back to my custom one fixed it. so try that, otherwise i have no idea why the hell this happen it seems to be happening for a while to random people.

The best I can say than is keep fast pace movements to a minimum and don't do stiff jarring movements too. But I'm really sorry I feel awful now.
