Don't doubt it. It's helped hugely with my arthritis. Always found my desk to be stone cold first thing in the morning. Even since we moved here.

I do miss my old L shape desk because I'd generally write there too. Downsized to this a while back though because it's heated. Was amazing for Scotland winters and probably for NZ too to take the chill off without heating the whole house.

Going to be hard pushed to beat React at this point.
