When I received the replacement phone, the tech at Verizon could not get the wifi to work. I had to call Care+ again. They sent instructions to reset the wifi and then also sent out another replacement phone. Why wasn't the first phone "ready to use?"

I love Samsung products, but this event nearly drove me to switch to Apple. There is NO COMPARISON in the customer service and care plans. I have cancelled my Care+ plan.
Do better Samsung.

In the end, I received the replacement phone 7 days after first calling to make the claim. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. My husband has an Apple phone and can get a loaner, replacement, or repair the SAME DAY.

Finally, got someone in tech dpt. They agreed that if Care+ service center destroyed the phone, a new one should be mailed out w/o Care+ r'cing the damaged phone 1st. However, phone wouldn't arrive for 2-3 days & I was for a work trip. I had no choice but to purchase a phone to take on my trip.

When I called back, I was sent to a repair shop within the Samsung Care+ network. They said they had the part to repair my phone. They called that evening to tell me that they damaged the outside screen and the phone would not turn on or charge now.

Inside screen of Fold 4 got a bright line across it. Made a claim. Told my acct was not up to date, & couldn't make a claim. Called billing, & they confirmed that my CC expired but that was taken care of 3 months ago & last 3 payments r'cd. They put in a ticket & give 24-48 hrs before making claim.
