He's already tried it - in '16.

He'd be stupid to try now, though. Since his first stab at it, he's proven over & over again that he's far too weak in character to ever be considered for the US presidency.
What's his campaign message going to be - 'I let the former POTUS treat me like a doormat'?

A natural-born citizen is any person that was a citizen at birth.

That includes anyone born to a citizen parent (regardless of whichever country they may have been born in).

Being born to a US citizen parent automatically confers natural-born citizenship: that is, a citizen from birth (regardless of whichever country that birth may have occurred in).

You don't have to be born on US soil to be a natural-born US citizen.

Nope - that's irrelevant. IRO dual/multi citizens, they have full citizenship rights in each of their countries of citizenship. Exercising those rights doesn't affect their citizenship of any other country at all.
Voting in another country of citizenship isn't an expatriating act.

I think that one's understandable to a degree - after all, the GOP as a party & almost every Republican in congress has been burying themselves in both for quite a while now.

It's about time we did.
Racism is ridiculous. It's long past time for some to get it into their skulls that we're all the same species.
True, some species will ostracize an albino or melanistic member whose lack of camouflage threatens the whole group, but otherwise?
We're the truly cruel animals.

This happened in Oct '21. Much as I'd like to place blame on the current Trump regime for the incident, Biden was POTUS at the time.

It IS real & abhorrent. It's not recent news, though - this happened in Oct. '21.
The Hill article makes reference (& provides a link) to this Newsweek article:

Of course - they feared for their lives, because they thought he might reach for a bible & throw it at them....

Sad to note that some are already accepting of the idea that police can do whatever they want based on what they think a person might do, as opposed to what a person actually does.

Idahoans: 'We voted for this to adversely affect others - NOT ourselves!'
November 14, 2025 at 8:23 PM
Yeah - NO.

Trump's lawyers have already fu**ed up by sending a letter that states “The BBC defamed President Trump by intentionally and deceitfully editing its documentary in order to try and interfere in the Presidential Election."

There was no election to interfere with. He'd already lost it.

I wouldn't think it's going to take too much longer.

Ever since the mass Twitter exodus, it's become little more than a huge echo chamber (which, frankly, is boring); & the admins' consistent intolerance of free expression makes the Trump administration seem permissive by comparison.
