Work has been super stressful so I did a little retail therapy.
The fabric and floss will be for Maggie Mae. It will be my first time using Classic Colorworks, so I’m excited for that. The fabric is much lighter in person - I wanted something fun to stitch her on. #CrossStitch

This is my first time using Pattern Keeper and I love it. However, I’m still having counting issues and messed up on the heart. 😂 I didn’t want to rip out the stitches, so I stitched over the errors with the correct floss color. #CrossStitch

She’s a bit wrinkly but I finally finished this! This was my time stitching on linen and I probably won’t stitch on it again. 😂 Not a fan. Then again, I probably should have gone with 24ct instead of 32ct. Live and learn.

I made the jump to stitching on a canvas bag and surprisingly it wasn’t too terrible.
HOWEVER, the bag ended up shrinking when I was washing off the water soluble canvas 😂

Saturday I attended a cocktail and floral arrangement class and had a ton of fun. The cocktail was absolutely delicious and it was cool to learn ways to manipulate the flowers.
