I not so fondly remember the Cold War in Europe.
Whenever the ”snowball” alarm went off, (typically at zero dark thirty) we had to grab out gear, and rush back to base to load up the tanks and head to the East German border.

🤣….my neighbour always waits for a big wind to come along and blow them into my yard….then I politely return them with my leaf blower. 😁 we have a blast! Then just before the 1st snow I call “my guy” to clean up all the leaves. I did the 86 bags thing for a few years, then said fuggit. 😜
