My favorite aspects of Pathfinders Kingmaker AP is the addition of a small minigame of setting up your camp. PC's have to do camp tasks like make food, camouflage the camp, set traps, maintain gear, tell stories etc all of which have little skill challenges with minor consequences to their travel

Thats awesome! One of my guilty pleasures is figuring out what magic items would be available to the common man and how that impacts society. With PF2es basic income information its pretty interesting how much you can extrapolate. Preservation Runes for magic refrigerators would be super common

High on my list as well, its so funny in 1e had NO desire to play casters or caster adjacent, in 2e like my next 3 chars are probably summoner, war mage or a sorc

Just did this, Option 1 Brave the shoals and risk losing ships to land your army north. Option 2 Sneak your ships into the city in the dead of night and risk enemy cannons if spotted Option 3 Land brazenly south and fight up the beach risking a failed landing.

Honestly prefer more character building and roleplay heavy sessions more then combat sessions. Currently doing a homebrew Kingmaker game so tons of not fighting stuff all the time, tho tonights going to be first time using skirmish rules

At least it wasnt the Rogue and the Champion because rogue Vs paladin trope/memes need to be considered. I also dont understand the heartburn over Paizo inclusivity, its not new.
