The text reads: "The Laken Riley Act is an effort to target migrants accused of crimes. The law directs the authorities to deport immigrants who are accused — not yet convicted — of specific crimes if they are in the country illegally. The bill's passage came as Trump and Republicans in Congress began a crackdown on the border with executive orders, presidential memorandums and executive orders to limit the flow of migrants into the country."
