So as an FYI, you are allowed to keep gifts from foreign countries provided you reimburse the government fair market value for the item. So if Trump wants to give the US government 400 million, he can keep the plane.

Top countries we import drugs from, by volume, not total dollars. Let’s not forget that the reason that some countries, like Ireland, export so many drugs is because US companies relocated there to avoid taxes.
