Neuro *is* an AI, no hiding it, no lying, he's actively able to adjust on the fly and mostly just testing and readjusting and fidgeting around with internal bits inside to show off to the world

Neuro *is* an AI, no hiding it, no lying, he's actively able to adjust on the fly and mostly just testing and readjusting and fidgeting around with internal bits inside to show off to the world
