Kyle, There were hundreds of accounts suspended off X for no reason other than "inauthentic behavior" which is untrue for many. There is no appeals process as they suggest so these people can't get their accounts back even if they paid. There are no employees or AI has been set to cancel.

That's terrible. These platforms have no oversight and innocent people losing their accounts. That's scary as AI is doing the jobs where humans would be more competent. What happened to customer service? It does not exist for X and I had no way of contacting a human.🤨

Yes, mine was suspended for doing nothing wrong as well as many other accounts. There is no one at that company to help get accounts back. Unfortunately, there were a few good people I lost touch with.

I totally understand. I was dismayed on how his platform was suspending people with no rhyme or reason and gave no avenue for them to get accounts back. Of course his involvement with politics did not serve him either.

Elon or whoever is actually running things at X has been controlling the platform more than people realize. They cancel voices they shouldn’t (harmless), yet keep the ones that thrive on outrage. Once you’re cancelled, that’s it. No support. Imagine if the issue were something even more serious.
