A realtor on CNBC today said before the fire there were 2000 available rental units in LA and he is already seeing price gouging happening. The city also had 75,000 unhoused before the fire. Things are going to be very bad if you aren’t wealthy.

While Elon and Trump fly on their private jets, I hope everyone enjoys their holiday travel complete with salty unpaid TSA agents and air traffic controllers. Not to mention the shortages caused by sick outs.
