Memes breaking down precautions to take to protect yourself from airborne viruses. Though it says the c virus, these steps apply to airborne viruses overall.

Essentially:

1) wear a N95 or KN95 mask

2) ventilate home - open windows

3) use air purifier w/ HEPA or Merv13 filter

4) wash hands

There was a U of Maryland study that said that N95 duckbill respirators are the best masks and are cost efficient. They even said this should be the standard in healthcare settings.

I only use N95 respirators. They meet my budget!
