Half of these were written in 2022/2023, the other half are from this year and it’s basically me sending off 140 BPM twofold for a vacation so other twofolds can come out to play. Yall also know ive been talking for the longest time about going on a genre journey and its finally time lol.

Ive been wanting to do one big seven track EP (iykyk) reflecting on everything up until this point, exploring texture and melody and the low end with intensity and emotion and with still upfront in-your-face sonics but much darker and less bright/harsh (again iykyk)

I got into a car crash at the start of march (not my fault and nobody was injured) and at the same time i was finally getting on adhd meds and in the process of getting my life together (and also dealing with society…) so there have been a lot of complex emotions. These tracks kind of reflect that

There was a lot of serendipity involved in the process of making this EP—yall know i love UK club music so meeting Jamz, the head of Future Bounce was a big surprise and when she opened the idea of releasing music i was equally as surprised and excited to say yes!!

Ive been wanting to open up my range into being able to just work a BEAT until its heavy like this, and still keeping it as playable as possible for the unexpected moments when you want to make some magic in the booth, and so its been so gratifying to see the reception weve gotten so far 🥳🥳

These are probably the hardest tracks I’ve made so far (which is saying a lot btw)—very very dancefloor focused in the first half with new rhythmic explorations on what I can do in my sound, second half ranging through tones textures and ambiance in classic twofold fashion :D
