Many law officers are "bumped by vehicles" in the course of their duties. Rarely if ever is that considered a justification for the use of deadly force. Good was just trying to leave the scene. (That is also not a justification for the use of deadly force.)

Many states have laws that make this "Felony Menacing" illegal. If an ICE officer points a weapon at people who do not reasonably present a threat, it could be prosecutable. Often, ICE is using this tactic only to intimidate protesters. In such cases, these actions are not "reasonably" necessary.
