UPDATE: Another judge joined the list this morning -- New Hampshire's Paul Barbadoro, a George H. W. Bush appointee, ruled against the administration's detention policy, bringing to 309 the number of judges who have rejected it, compared to 14 who have sided w ICE. www.politico.com/news/2026/01...
