The potatoes were blanched in stock. Chipotle oil fried for a smoky warmth. Onion powdered celery and carrots bring the rest of the roots to the party for an earthy pairing. Then our garlic-pepr marinated/rosemary rubbed Lamb shanks get dropped in with a fresh pat of Irish butter✨️
