PS3 is difficult to emulate, even on a high end desktop with parts from a few years ago even little big planet didn't run great, but was playable. I think it largely comes down to the CPU having support for AVX512 instructions.

When I worked at the lumber yard / hardware store the sales people spent a few days arguing about toasty vs standard cheezits on Jabber. It got pretty heated, and there was a meeting with everyone after that Jabber is only for discussing work related things.
