Interesting, I would expect that the drag is being amplified by oil and the demand for steel in China (tariffs and local economy) - maybe. Not sure how to confidently position for these factors

During the COV19 Pandemic, the PBF, Exxon and Shell play was amazing. PBF ended up 10x over a couple of year period. Looking at this, that price to oil price value doesn't seem to be there. Your last podcast was interesting, but it made me wonder, just how high do you expect oil prices to go?

As an Aussie, this is great. Interested to see how the REIT plays out. Everything in Aus is tied to property, both household and superannuation. If housing slumps, Australia has big problems

It means that people on the inside are selling at a ratio much higher then people are buying. When this occurs it’s solid signal that people on the inside with lots of info are not confident with the current outlook
