Hence why I'm not on there. I actually never had a Twitter account. Let alone an X account. I used to be on meta platforms though. Either way; you can't dictate what people do. If someone wants to yell at Nazis on X they will do so.

I think the best/worst part is that theyll be genuinely surprised when it starts happening (a few already surprised I've seen online lmfao). I've had time to mentally prepare. But they're so stupid they genuinely think this is okay and didn't see it coming. The next few years is gonna be rough here

Well yes but some of these are still unavailable to a lot of people. Some have been unbanned. Re-banned. They go in circles with this type of thing. I read To Kill a Mocking Bird in school. While my boyfriend (a couple yrs older) didn't even touch on it in school. Either way they WERE banned.

Yep. Making them virtually inaccessible to any child or person who doesn't have the money to buy them. Banned books in the US has never meant "illegal" and people don't realize that. Just that you can't read them for free (information/education should be free)

eBay is also pretty good for books in my opinion. A lot of book sellers on there have deals and whatnot, especially since I personally never cared about condition as long as it's readable. Goodwill just rubs me the wrong way because they're pretending to be something they aren't

One time I took a little too much and sat outside for a couple hours. What was I doing the whole time? Staring at my neighbors brick house with overgrown grass around it. It looked like I was seeing sunflowers but I knew there wasn't actually any. Very pretty scene

They wouldn't make it a "state," they'd probably have them as some sort of territory like they do with Puerto Rico. Which has no voting power in presidential elections. Which is even more scary to think about.
