I keep hoping someone with Authority will show up & drag him off to any kind of imprisonment that will keep him there forever. My mother wd tell me to spit in 1 hand & hope in the other but besides hope, I got nuthin. I wonder if @youranoncentral.bsky.social has some practical suggestions to offer.

I can't win the contest w/you but I've had 2 PDX lives, 1st one was for 14yrs, 2d was for 10yrs. Enough to know the weather, lol. Rent raise sent me packing the 1st time and arthritis forced me to leave the second time. I prob won't be back to live there. I miss it constantly. 💔

I have little memo books along with other notebooks filled with quotes I've loved & want to remember. I like to open those notes now & then to remind myself that pleasures past still have the power to please in the present.

well I get it. 🤬 and I HATE it. I never like it whn Repugnicans take over. I won't travel outside the US during those times & especially not NOW bc of it. What do you suggest I do abt it tho? Without getting myself pepper sprayed or attacked in egregious ways including getting dragged off to

yes, winter storms often sweep in around Astoria, IIRC.
One winter I drove to Multnomah Falls on icy I-80 to see the falls in all their frozen beauty. So foolish to head out on icy highways, wdn't do that again, ever, but worth the memories. Not sure I have the photos in digital form tho.
