The specifications for lego bricks are out there. It's based on a 8mm 1x1 brick size, 1.6mm walls, 4.8mm studs.
All I did was add "flex" points to account for differences in 3D printers.

They are compatible with regular legos. The standard is very simple.

Where abouts are you located.

That particular machine is probably functioning fine, but not worth the shipping. However, if you can find someone local who otherwise wouldn't be able to have one, it could be a good starter.

Prints like PLA with a matte finish. Don't know if I can say if it's stronger or not, but it works.
