I think Keke Palmer’s Southern fried Rice suffered from the same issue that gladiator 2 suffered from. Which is the concept of Home. Neither explored what the idea of how a birthland and homeland can shape a person. The inside outsider. It’s simple but escapes a lot of creatives.
