Who believes that society would be better served to encourage rather than discourage? To support rather than deny?

In my mind the positive approach is the better choice when dealing with questions based on benefits as opposed to oppression and devolution.

Of course Docs are grossly uninformed due to the US ban on all MMJ research for decades. Other countries have done serious research which prove there are valid med uses for MMJ. There are millions of patients who attest to MMJ's benefits for many illnesses. Deschedule Now!

Just another example of the Feds feet dragging to legalize or at least reschedule MMJ and it affects everyone at the local and state level. Patients on Medicaid are denied relief based on this same issue. Biden should legalize completely by Exec Order. Dems are too weak to do it.

When they remove the points of access like libraries and schools, then they achieve their goal of making everything about who has the most money and means to get the thing.

The campaign against FL's Rec-MJ vote was based on the lie that it would be controlled by big biz. It's FL regs that caused that, "a Florida medical marijuana license sold for about $60 million seven years ago but another license sold in January for $13 million." Hypocrisy 101.
