It is way smoother. TI4 is still a mouthful but way more easy to get into than TI3. I have both and TI4 gets played where as TI3 was rly difficult to get other people to play it. TI still need experience players. By the way I saw there is work on getting TI4 og BGA

TI is awesome game. I like TI4 with PoK expansion. Solid 6-10 hours good gaming experience. At the moment I get to play it like every month or every two months.

Agreed. Very impressed with the way introduction and explanation of the game she did at SPIEL 24

My favorite this year was Caroline with Ape Games, wo taught a the chonky engine builder PAMPERO set in Uruguay so swiftly, that she hat us making our own decisions in no time. Seriously my definition of a perfect teach. LOVE the folks that manage to convey both rules & theme AND get you excited..
