Make them explain why it's bad for America. You can't fight nebulous answers, but you can question the details they give. And if they don't give any, tell them they don't have a real reason.

Isn't there a special process to create a new department for the executive branch? And wouldn't that 'DOGE' doesn't exist until that process is followed? And therefore they have no power at all?
