Is expansion usually temporary or permanent?

If permanent, is reduction available?

Can a character get too big to move and have to be removed from the game?

Do adventurers avoid expansion, or seek it out? What about citizens? Nobles?

Proof they aren't artists even in mindset. Real artists would be happy to see other people iterating upon their ideas.
