Thanks for following me Stephanie. I'm not into cooking - my wife does a wonderful job with that, but I am into art, churning out a few paintings from time to time with my local art group.
You may have noticed my Avatar - entitled "Awaiting a Trunk Call".

Who remembers him? And I seem to recall that there was a tv series at the time called “Adam Adamant “?

Good morning David. As an expatriate Scotsman, I'm sure you will be aware of the scandal surrounding "Lord" Mandelson and his subsequent sacking.
Anyway, I thought you might like my wee poem, based on "A man's a man for a' that"
Cheers, Iain

OK - so we can't condone vandalism, but I was born and brought up in Edinburgh and am disgusted to see how they've desecrated a beautiful street, hundreds of years old, by painting shops. It's all done in the name of commercialism, luring tourists to buy overpriced "Scottish" goods.
Greed rules!

I've been branded "intolerant"by the Bluesky boys for posting the enclosed comment. When you consider the language and terminology used in other contributors' posts, I reckon my spiel was mild and stated only fact about LGBTQ. Why should I back down? Because I prefer being heterosexual??
Sodemall!!
