Makes me wonder if It had something to do with Bev's mother's death, bc how would he conjure up that woman in particular? Especially when Bev didn't remember her?
Given that the old woman is Ingrid, maybe she reunites with ole Daddio and shares that memory with him?

I don't think I've seen anyone mention that the old lady in the post credit scene is the same one that attacks Bev when she goes looking for her father.
