Igor, why don't you recognize Ukr@ine as an independent country? The Ukr@inian parliament declared the country independent on August 24, 1991. The declaration was put to a referendum on December 1, 1991, where the voter turnout was 84.1%, of which 90.3% voted for independence...

How would you know, Igor? Regardless, it's not new that there is corruption in Ukr@ine. What's new is that they are cracking down on it, and trying to free themselves from an old $oviet culture steeped in corruption. This is in stark contrast to u$$ia's handling of corruption.
