well I survived my cleaning, but I was so tense my head is sore. I need some fillings replaced due to surrounding decay and also a deep gum cleaning - neither of which really surprise me. BUT I have confronted it and I am fixing it and all I can do is push off from here

yes those are delicious and I usually eat one of those a week. they're a little high in calorie for me to call diet but they are much better than a lot of things I could be eating for lunch, so I should probably count them
