I think for bracket 3 and 4 there really needs to be a power level discussion as well because the range you can have within each bracket is pretty wide.
Bracket 3 is anything better than a precon that isn't fully optimized. That's HUGE.

My biggest concern with brackets is finding balanced games within brackets 3 and 4, especially bracket 4.
Due to the definitive wording and hard restrictions you all put in place, a mid power deck with 4+ game changers or a MLD spell is automatically bracket 4.... (cont.)

Lastly brackets as they are now encourage and enable people to dictate what cards others can play. That's not cool. Your opponent shouldn't be able to tell you "you can't play Enlightened Tutor/Armageddon/Rhystic Study/etc."

Also, only 5 brackets isn't near enough to encompass the range of power levels. Not to mention with how vague the brackets are you can get everything from worse than precon jank to high power not quite cEDH in the same bracket.
