Good for some, but honestly I don't need the housing market to go up. Every time I think I can buy my house, the price goes up. I've been renting for 28 years. I bought this house for them. The value is now 4x from when I moved in. My income didn't go up 4x. I'll never be able to buy it.

It's so funny, he looks just like the CAT scale logo. I couldn't resist taking those pics when we broke down in Tulsa. The first pic was a diff time. It was summer and hot AF and I think that's why he liked to sit on the steering wheel - for the breeze around his body. That summer was hell, no AC.

Yes! I've also long said that someday all new houses will come with solar and geothermal. The problem is cost and materials acquisition. As time goes on hopefully it will become feasible to do this. (Each also needs a battery and elec box tie-in, too. Maybe for a water heater it wouldn't need that?)

You used the correct word. These people seem to hate everyone who isn't in their favored circle. But don't forget, they are "good Christians" and everyone else is somehow the enemy. November 2026 can't come fast enough. We have a whole year left of this nonsense.

Every house should have solar. That's just my personal opinion. Especially in Florida, the sunshine state, each house with solar would take a little strain off the grid. And a "little" help across a million houses could make a real difference. It's good for jobs too. Too bad we can't "afford" that.

It shouldn't be surprising that they don't have a grasp of history. But the AUDACITY of this person to talk this way... after our own history of disrespect for the Native Americans who helped us get established here. We used their trails, they showed us local food.
