The only real treatments we had for COVID were
1. Monoclonal antibodies, which aren't available anymore
2. Anti-virals like paxlovid, which aren't as effective as hoped.

I was thinking mainly of Long COVID, but the statement applies to both the acute and chronic phases.

I'm not sure anyone really considers vaccines to be treatments. If you get COVID, getting the vaccine then doesn't help. Therefore, it isn't a treatment.
