Hey I thought this was well written and informative but why no mention of the $10K cameras on each block? That's a huge part of the decline. Gunshot detection and triangulation, facial rec and very hi-res zoom are major deterrents.

Halfway through 2025, Philly has the fewest homicides in recent memory
The decrease comes despite several high-profile shootings this summer that left children and teens maimed by bullets. Still, it's progress.
