fan of bumblebees, I make hard 3d models. they/them in canada. born in '87. pfp a shark with 'armor in my belly' written on it, banner is an orange kitten
Do you think the artist drew one of the faces, thought "nailed it," and traced it for the other two, or what. it's quite striking that they're all the same size and pose.

looking back and forth to try to figure out how mine's actually different, since I tie it pretty asymmetrically (make yellow loop, loop blue around, then pull the sides of the loops that tighten it up) but the outcome is symmetrical

I've never had it come loose unless I tied it like. 3% tight

for real tho when julia was like "loyal followers will abstain following my orchi" i was like fair enough, stopped for a couple weeks, and the only hard part was boredom, I was cutting off the horny thoughts so early that it was not a major part of my day. anyway graphs are fun

I had to check what I said at the time cause I forgot a lot of the movie in the 4 months since I saw it, but yeah... too many threads from the midpoint on. And I also saw it getting kinda "stage play" taking turns to monologue, which to me made it feel longer at parts that should have felt fast.

I can't believe how much more masculine my hand looks in (checks notes) one of these two images

my spreadsheet's luddite in nature, instead of using strava I just write down all the times I ride my bike, and then I can look for trends. Like the hotter the weather, the faster I go (no known upper bound, but it only goes to low 30s °C here)

took the food test at www.idrlabs.com/food-choice/..., turns out I like food. my only pass was chocolate, and they happened to have world's bougiest chocolate cake. I treated it entirely as "good to eat" no ethical aspect

ok not the best idea I've had but at least it's got something good. it's not just less bmw than a 3 series

Take the fictional characters quiz and post the first four you know:

I can see how pulling the nerd-jock slider all the way to the end stop created this situation. But I really don't agree on the Edward Norton. not depressed/self-destructive, just reclusive.

stick figure xor 3d model to figure out poses, then final lines, colour, shadows. more optimized for getting it finished than for doing the best I could. If I'm on paper there's also a very light sketch to plan page usage, but I've never photographed one

you can see on the chart when I moved to Windows 10 and didn't bother installing audioscrobbler. I think Candlebox is the only artist it ever suggested to me that I liked

Pushing the definition of 'high society' a bit; she's in a superhero setting and has powers, which is relatively the same. and is also a pretty easy way to get a 4th column bingo tbh, as 'bad situation' is one of the ways to trigger superpowers in the setting.

woah, clearer than my dominant hand. I just wanted to try it.

using death of the author as an offensive weapon to turn Creed's entire oeuvre into songs about Stef from Dorley

Overall I like it less than actual books, but it's very portable compared to bringing 3-5 books on a holiday. and I mean, it's 14 years old and still works about the same. though it does hardlock sometimes, so stats aren't exact

Implemented it the way I said, adding up to 6 bits at a time, in python, it runs pretty much instantly.
