I'm not in law but my sister is and with the way they overwork her I've no desire to go after it myself lol
though big part of my interest in topics like these comes from the fact my graphic design degree is very theory heavy and we have a whole line focusing on aesthetics and semiotics :3c

I just don't think "fiction does/doesn't influences reality" is a question that can even be answered without clearly outlining what you mean by each word.
like, does "reality" here mean the processes of your mind? your body on a material level? society in general? all of them are reality!!!
