It’s really impressive that in a movie with Sam Jackson, Tom Hiddleston, and John Goodman that somehow John C. Reilly is the most badass one.

1) Monarch Legacy of Monsters

Way better than I was expecting. Started a little weird but I enjoyed it more as it went on. Even had some good twists. Looking forward to the next season.

A gen 4 game that’s main criticism is its faithfulness to several of gen 2’s flaws yes :)

Kinda bummed out I didn’t watch as much as I did the previous year, but, Y’know, life gets in the way sometimes. Here’s hoping next year will be better for everyone

Now, yknow, general reminder I only put stuff in my media thread if it’s complete and I’ve finished it, or it’s ongoing and I started and caught up on it this year. So I’m always watching/playing/reading stuff in interim, and it just doesn’t make the cut,

Now for the breakdown of what kind of media I have been consuming, well… not really much of a surprise. Ngl it’s a little embarrassing to see I haven’t completely read a book this past year, but there’s always this year

Now with the bookends, my lowest ranked media was of course Our Drawings Princess Movie at a 2/10 (thanks may) and the highest ranking being a 3 way tie between Thunderbolts*, Superman, and Legends Z-A, all being 11/10s. Really don’t think I’ll be seeing another 12 in a long time.

I’m happy with my final rankings this time so no last minute tweaks. Definitely a more interesting roller coaster shape this year with the graph. Median score was 8.5 again, cuz I’m nothing if not consistent, but my average score was 7.8. Definitely watched a lot more mediocre stuff this year

25) The Mighty Nein Season 1

I understand that Ashley Johnson is a busy bee and was prolly missing for a lot of the early campaign but holy shit you could’ve done something besides relegating her character to just cold openings to remind the audience she exists.

So like… sure, let’s say I’m not actually autistic. I just happened to be partially raised by someone who probably was lol

-he would know to grab me. He ended up calling ME that night asking if he needed to pick me up.

-he was incredibly quiet, reserved, and stone faced. I’ve been told that apparently during the date he proposed to my grandmother she thought he was dumping her from how quiet and sullen he seemed-

-that altered his schedule it would ruin his entire day. On that note I remember one summer in middle school where I would call him the night before I would go over to his house to ask him to pick me up from the bus station. One night by the end of that summer I didn’t call him cause I figured-

-and that a lot of my behaviors and mannerisms came from him. Not a bad theory, and I did spend in fact spend a lot of time with my grandfather growing up. HOWEVER, my grandfather:
-was very schedule focused, doing the same things every day of the week at every time, and if anything sudden came up-
