Just started re-listening to X Files Files, specifically the episode w/ Clyde Bruckman’s Final Repose and…damn man. The amount of love you have for that show is incredible. I watched every episode when it aired back in the day and I love diving back into it while listening to your pod. Thanks man!

LinkedIn networking has gotten me many, many job offers. Applications have gotten me 0. How’s your LinkedIn game?

My very non-game loving wife loved Fallout and Arcane would have been a challenge for her. I’m all for every TV show that makes gaming more normalized. In 2024 you’d think we’d be all the way past that but unfortunately not.

That’s a fact…as a father and husband who puts my family first, I’ve found that I’ve kind of locked myself away and made it hard for people to believe I can be struggling. But we’re all human and it’s important to be vulnerable more often I think.

Yeah there’s a lot of loneliness out there and a lot of guys trying to jerk it away. Reminds me of the Japanese hikikomori.

I used to be addicted to NPR and then podcasts happened. I still have extremely fond memories of catching This American Life and A Prairie Home Companion.
