The draft Bill, once formally introduced before the Senedd in the Autumn represents the final piece of the reform process that has defined this Senedd (and given the likely arithmetic after 2026 will likely be the last bit of institutional reform for a while) #senedd #devolution

The Bill would also create a Standards of Conduct Cttee, in law, as a permanent cttee of the Senedd and provide for it to have lay members, and enhances the powers of the Senedd Standards Commissioner - allowing them to launch inquiries at their own initiative #senedd #devolution
