Poorly! There's at least one timeline where K'yalwanni was (unknowingly) pregnant during the course of ShB, so dealing with those symptoms on top of Light poisoning nearly killed both her & the twins she was carrying. One of them, K'yumiko, has pale hair & a frail constitution because of it
