Holding myself accountable in taking care of myself. I spent the last 5 years taking care of others on a level that 100% depleted my ability to take care of myself and I'm feeling the effects enormously. Today I did yoga for myself and ordered a new journal.

With everything that has been happening in the world, it's so hard to keep a positive mindset. It has me thinking about my old yoga practice a lot. How it helped pull me out of some extremely depressive points. Why am I struggling so much to get back to it! I need someone to discipline my brain!
