Regarding pronouns, most are fine - the softer the vibe (e.g. bun/buns) the more I'll like them. Similarly, she/her is good and it/its is fine if you are cool (if you're worried, you're probably cool).

I love having a network of friends all around the world - it's super nice to, when I'm invited somewhere, be able to ask "hey - do you think this place would be safe for me to go" to somewhere on the ground who I trust and get back a super detailed response with some great recommendations
