Just submitted the free chrome extension version of A11yCore for Review, the plugin is the exact widget sell to companies to improve their accessibility, but the chrome extension allows you to surf the entire web with better accessibility

The Widget covers about 83% of WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 standards
January 28, 2026 at 5:37 PM
Most accessibility widgets are just CSS band-aids covering 15-30% of WCAG. We built an actual remediation engine that covers 83% by fixing the DOM itself.

Sometimes people make mistakes with accessibility—and so do we. Accessibility isn't a one-and-done thing; you have to make changes as you go. We just rolled out updates to fix focus indicators and ARIA roles across our navigation components. #a11y #WebAccessibility

Working on two accessibility features: extracting chart data to make it screen reader-friendly and building a glossary system for abbreviations. The chart tool is coming along nicely the glossary still needs work, especially handling acronym collisions like CDN = Canadian vs Content Delivery Network

Why do overlays break website designs? They inject CSS that conflicts with your styles. A11yCore uses Shadow DOM isolation—our widget lives in its own container, so your site's styles stay intact. Encapsulated. Clean. Safe. #WebDev #a11y
