These are the ramblings of a disturbed citizen and skeptic. I should stop reading the newspaper. Or watching TV. I should turn off NPR and disconnect from the Internet. We’d all be better off.
This family really is kind of cursed. And Caroline has now lost her father to assassination, her uncle to assassination, her mother to cancer, her brother to a plane accident, her daughter to cancer, and several nephews to drug overdoses. www.bostonglobe.com/2025/12/30/n...

Trump admits that his proposed ballroom — which apparently is four times the size of the White House — is a “monument.” Allegedly Trump told Jesse Waters “I’m building a monument to myself because no one else will.” heathercoxrichardson.substack.com/p/december-2...

It has been pointed out to me if that anyone had said about the sanctified Charlie Kirk like what Trump said about the Reiners, the pitchforks would have come out in MAGA world, and there would have been calls to have that person fired (if not disemboweled).

Did this crypto-pedophile of a President really claim that Rob Reiner died of “Trump derangement syndrome” (instead of being murdered by his son, as was apparently the case)? Of course he did.

Not only are these not peace deals, but I don’t see any evidence Trump had anything to do with any of these “deals.” Completely different from the actual peace deal that Jimmy Carter negotiated in person. www.npr.org/2025/12/12/n...
Trump touts his peace deals - but many are already unraveling
President Trump has been racing to rack up peace deals — but keeping them intact is proving far more difficult.

“If you have two guys on a stage and one guy says, ‘I have a solution to the Middle East problem,’ and the other guy falls in the orchestra pit, who do you think is going to be on the evening news?” That’s Roger Ailes’ “orchestra pit” theory of news. heathercoxrichardson.substack.com/p/december-8...

Is this a good thing? I don't know. It seems like a good thing. But anything with Trump's name associated with it is suspect to me. That's where I've arrived. I'll wait to hear what other people, those who are smarter than me, what they think. www.bostonglobe.com/2025/12/02/n...

In the wake of the two Senators and four Congressmen reminding the military to refuse unlawful orders there was a lot of GOP pushback that Trump hasn't given any unlawful orders. Sure he has. He's ordered the military to blow up boats around the waters in Venezuela without any evidence against them.
