I did say that ideally poor people wouldn't pay taxes and it would gradually increase. I think people who make less than 100k shouldn't have taxes and it should increase until everything over 1 billion is taxed. It would also adjust with inflation yearly. This would give everyone a chance to thrive

That still has the same issue of affecting poor people more than wealthy people, basically a sales tax. If we rely on things like that, wealthy people will be unaffected and poor people have to deal with the consequences

Sales tax and tarrifs impact poor people more than they impact rich people so they suck. Profits from trade and tourism go to companies, not the government.

I'd prefer the government take a percentage of my check than take it little by little as I buy things. Then it can be scaled up and down based on income with the lowest earners paying nothing. Seems like a great system to me

I read an article about a couple hundred vials of viruses that went missing. It basically said that there is no trace of the vials and no evidence showing that they left the lab, therefore they were not stolen and won't be used as weapons. But, there also wasn't evidence that they didn't leave???
