Tried a new finishing method and polished the helmet with Stove Polish. Love how it makes the paint look like aged metal.

Overview how to finish a 3Dprinted prop.
1. Glue parts together
2. Use epoxy putty to fill the seams.
3. Sand then use bondo and glazing putty to address seams and defects
4. Sand, filler primer, and sand until smooth finish.
5. Apply final primer and paint.

Hello little owls.

Next to Watney, this is my most recognized and unique costume, Emperor Belos from the Owl House. Helmet is a fiber glas casting, antlers and staff are 3d printed.

First new prop to show off on this platform: the RTV from Ghostbusters! Build from a heavily modified toy trap and RC car with custom electronics to allow the lights and doors to work.
